While all sales are final due to the unique, handcrafted nature of my jewelry, I’m committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase and will review special situations on a case-by-case basis.
How It Works
- Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at amy@amyrachellejewelry.com to discuss your concern.
- If your item is damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, I’ll cover the cost of return shipping and ensure it's repaired, replaced, or exchanged. Sending a few photos of the issue helps me assess and resolve the situation quickly.
- For other situations, I’ll consider requests individually and work with you to find the best resolution.
