SHIPPING
Q: How long before my order ships?
A:
I aim to ship your order within 10 business days, unless you hear otherwise via email. Since I travel for inspiration and sourcing, there may be slight delays, but I promise to keep you updated. Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!
Q: Which shipping services do you use?
A: I ship all my jewelry with UPS, including tracking, to ensure your piece arrives safely.
Q: Is there a shipping fee?
A: No, shipping is on me! I offer free shipping nationwide because I want your ARJ experience to be as seamless as possible.
Q: How is my jewelry packaged?
A: Your jewelry is carefully tucked into a soft ARJ velvet bag and placed in a beautiful box with a magnetic closure. Everything is then snugly packed into a padded shipping box to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet! For now, I ship within the U.S. only.

Q: What’s your return or exchange policy?

Since each piece is handcrafted, returns aren’t typically offered, but your happiness is what matters most to me! If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to assist with an exchange, repair, or replacement. See my Return Policy for full details.

I’ll drop you a note every now and then to share exciting updates—new designs, special collections, and upcoming events. It’s my way of keeping you in the loop!
Q: Do you create custom pieces?

At this time, I’m unable to accommodate custom requests. While I can’t take on special orders, I hope you’ll find a piece in my collection that speaks to you and your journey.
